I appreciate your patience while I transition to opening the repair shop. If you see the doors open, please do not hesitate to stop by. I open the shop from time to time. I am trying to build a pleasant customer experience with complementary coffee and filtered water in the lobby.  

I believe in providing a pleasant customer experience. With many automotive repair business' having issues diagnosing today's vehicles equipped with up to 40 networked computers, has it is difficult and in some cases expensive to have these issues fixed. Alternatively some will begin replacing parts until they resolve the problem which can be very expensive for the customer.

Proper steps for diagnosis and repair to find the root cause of an issue is key. Take time for proper diagnosis.
